3. Winners will be announced on 14th Dec 2009 and will be notified via email.
4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes. OffGamers reserved the rights to change the prizes without notice as long as the value is equivalent or greater. The prizes are subjected to the current terms and conditions as may be imposed by OffGamers from time to time.
5. Should we be unable to contact the winners by 24th Dec 2009, he/she will be disqualified from the event with immediate effect.
6.All prizes will be delivered on 28th December 2009 via postage. Arrival dates will vary from location to location.
7. Winners who did not receive their prizes are to contact us within 14 days after the prizes have been distributed. Failure to do so will result in immediate disqualification and the prizes will go the next line.
